We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes appointments need to be changed. To ensure fairness I have the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations with More Than 24 Hours Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, you can do so free of charge. I appreciate you letting me know as soon as possible so I can offer your appointment time to another client.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

For cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will apply. This fee helps to compensate me for my time and preparation. Please note that the credit card processing fee is non-refundable.

Missed Appointments

If you fail to attend your appointment without contacting me to cancel, the full consultation fee will be charged.
